Student Counseling
We counsel students to find solutions best suited to their profiles and assist in enrollment within the appropriate institution. Koala IAC prides itself on its personalized attention to students.
We have a team of counselors that speak English, Swahili, Gujarati, Hindi and Punjabi.
Assessment & Evaluation:
A competent team of counselors assess students based on their credentials, qualifications and career goals to match them with the right institution and destination. We then assist with the application procedures to the relevant institution and guarantee placement to qualified students.
Visa Processing:
We undertake the filing and follow up of the student's visa application with the local consulates for visa processing. Medical bookings required for this process are also coordinated by us. We are regularly updated by the consulates regarding the latest visa regulations and rules and are therefore in a position to advice students accurately.
Student Orientation:
Koala IAC specializes in providing comprehensive assistance to students and places great emphasis on pre-departure seminars for students and their parents. These seminars are designed to furnish students with important information regarding their destination and their responsibilities as an international student. This is also a chance to meet fellow students who maybe going to same institution as you.
KIAC also invites officials from the local consulate to attend the pre-departure briefing and give a few words of advice.
Accommodation and Arrival Services
In addition we assist students to procure accommodation as well as arrange flight bookings and airport pick up services upon arrival at their destination.
